Jesse Vierstra is the Founder and Manager of Iron Oaks Custom Homes, a Southern Idaho–based custom residential builder known for high-quality construction, disciplined project execution, and modern smart-home integration.
With a background rooted in both construction management and financial structuring, Jesse brings a rare dual-lens approach to residential development — combining craftsmanship, process control, and long-term asset performance into every home he delivers.
His projects are not approached as “builds,” but as long-term investments for the families he serves.
